في إطار الشراكة الاستراتيجية والتعاون المشترك بين الاتحاد الأردني لشركات التأمين، وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP Jordan)، نعلن عن اختتام مشاركة أحد الفائزين :مهند رجب من شركة التامين الإسلامية في "هاكاثون التأمين" (الذي عُقد في نهاية عام 2025) في البرنامج التدريبي المتقدم "Impact Insurance Academy 2026".

وقد أقيم البرنامج في مدينة تورينو بإيطاليا خلال الفترة من 19 إلى 26 نيسان 2026، بتنظيم من مركز التدريب الدولي التابع لمنظمة العمل الدولية (ILO)، حيث شارك الفائز من خلال منحة دراسية متخصصة تهدف إلى تعزيز الكفاءات الوطنية في قطاع التأمين.

وقد ركز البرنامج التدريبي على محاور استراتيجية هامة، شملت:

•تطوير حلول "التأمين ذي الأثر" (Impact Insurance) الموجهة للفئات ذات الدخل المحدود.

•تطبيق أدوات تحليل قيمة العميل (PACE Tool) لتصميم منتجات تأمينية تلبي الاحتياجات الفعلية للسوق.

•صياغة استراتيجيات تأمينية مبتكرة لمواجهة مخاطر التغير المناخي وتعزيز الاستقرار المالي.

تأتي هذه الخطوة تأكيداً على التزام الجهات الشريكة بدعم الابتكار وتحويل المبادرات الشبابية إلى خبرات عملية وعالمية، بما يسهم في تطوير منظومة التأمين الشامل في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

Within the framework of the strategic partnership between the Jordan Insurance Federation, The Islamic Insurance Company, and UNDP Jordan, we are pleased to announce the successful completion of the "Impact Insurance Academy 2026" by one of the winners of the Insurance Hackathon (held in late 2025):  Mr. Muhannad Rajab.

The program took place in Turin, Italy, from April 19–26, 2026, organized by the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ILO). The participant attended through a specialized scholarship aimed at advancing professional expertise within the insurance sector.

The Academy focused on several key strategic areas, including:

•Developing "Impact Insurance" solutions tailored for low-income and underserved segments.

•Applying the PACE Client Value tool to design insurance products that address real market needs.

•Formulating innovative insurance strategies to mitigate climate change risks and enhance financial resilience.

This initiative underscores the commitment of the partner organizations to fostering innovation and elevating local talent to international standards, ultimately contributing to the advancement of the inclusive insurance ecosystem in Jordan.
